The Preaward Close Out form is automatically created from the parent Close Out form after the PI approves the PI/Compliance tab and the form is sent to OSP.
The OSP Preaward Officer should complete this form before the OSP Accountant submits the Final Report for the Close Out form.

Go over the checklist and select the checkbox for each section as well as upload the required document.
When complete, select the "Complete" button:
A confirmation message will show and the parent Close Out form will reflect the checklist above.
