To add personnel to a submission form select the field.
For an example, we'll us the Principal Investigator field in the Award Notice form.
The Directory Search popup will show.
You can search for someone in the GSU Directory by using:
• Full name
• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• CampusID
Type in the Search the GSU Directory field.
Any account matching will appear in the table below.
Select the name of the person you want to add to the field.
The popup will close and the name will be added to the field in the form.
If no account matches your search you'll get the below message.
No account found using the above criteria:
• Try using less letters in the name
• Try the first name or last name only, then filter the results
• Try the email address
• Try the CampusID
• If no account is found, have the person submit a Help Desk ticket requesting HR to add their account to the GSU Directory.
• If the incorrect email is listed in the results, have the person submit a Help Desk ticket requesting HR to update the email address in the GSU Directory.
