Go to your CITI home page, under the Institutional Courses section.
Select the Pending button next to Georgia State University:
Under the Georgia State University affiliation, select the validate here link:
Enter your GSU email address for the Institutional email address and reenter it in the Validate Institutional email address fields.
Select the Validate button.
A verification email will be sent to your GSU email address. Go to your Outlook GSU account and find the email.
In the email, select the Validate Your Email button:
You will be redirected back to your CITI profile.
You should see a message below that your email was successfully validated.
You can now complete the required Conflict of Interest (COI )training course using the guide here How to Add a Conflict of Interest (COI) Training Course
