To add a comment to a submission form, go to the Comments section and select the Add Comment button:
You can send a copy to yourself by selecting the “Send me a copy of this comment” checkbox.
To notify people via email notification:
Select the checkboxes next to the name(s). These names are pulled from the key personnel listed on the form and the previously notified people.
If you would like to notify someone who is not listed here, then you can select “Yes” for “Would you like to notify any additional people?". The GSU Directory Search will appear to search for the person to add.
Select an option from the Comment Type drop-down:
Add your comment in the Comment field.
When you're ready to post the comment, select the Post Comment button.
A comfirmation message will show that the email was succesfully sent:
The new comment will appear at the top of the Comments section:
If any people were selected to be notified, an email notification will be sent to those people with the comment and project information:
